lens: add ents-zed, the Zed extension launching git ents lsp

Zed extension at editors/zed, outside the workspace: registers the ents-lsp language server, command git ents lsp resolved from $PATH, attached to the languages Zed ships grammars for. No download logic, no bundled binary — the extension is a thin registration, matching lens.serve’s requirement that the lens crate itself stay editor-agnostic.

Zed’s code lens rendering (1.1.5+) is opt-in and off by default, which is exactly why lens.diagnostics exists: diagnostics, hover, and code actions are all rendered unconditionally, so a client that never enables code lenses still surfaces every comment inline.
